 Lexie LaForte, founder of Capital L Horsemanship, has been immersed in the world of horses since the age of four. From the very beginning, she knew that working with horses was her life’s calling. To prepare for her journey as a business owner, Lexie gained diverse experience across multiple stables, farms, and riding facilities, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of horse care, training, and management. Today, Lexie channels her passion and expertise into working with rescue horses, guiding them through rehabilitation, training, and preparation for new, loving homes. Her commitment extends to her students, instilling in them not just riding skills but the values of perseverance, empathy, and respect for both horses and the agricultural community. Through her leadership, Capital L Horsemanship has become a place where horses and humans alike find growth, purpose, and lasting connections.
